What a better time to celebrate peace, than on the full moon which is June 6, 2009.
Find a natural, quiet spot in nature and watch the moon. Be peaceful…

Peace is as infinite as the sands in a sand dune. Peace must be practiced daily to change our world.

Peace can be found and practiced in nature
Where do you find nature when you live in the city?
Get in your car, or on a bus and drive away from town for at least
2 hours until you find a vacant, quiet natural spot. Then relax and
contemplate peace in all its fullness. Peace…be still…peace!
The world is a scary place right now for people around the world.. There are is famines, war, depression and falling financial systems. Everybody seems more connected now than ever.
So many of us need each other now. There are fewer lavish parties, vacations, consumerism and overall noise. I hear a silence that I havn’t heard before. Is it calm before the storm? Is the world getting ready to channge or evolve as we approach 2012?
Something is going on…I feel it. There is peace coming. I know it.
In October, a team of peace warriors began making peace necklaces and distributing them to kindred spirits around the world. The aim of this team, named Wear Peace, is to spread peace by giving and wearing it.
The free peace necklace is their symbol for giving peace but they have also committed to blogging about this mission for world peace. These two mediums are a simple but powerful force which will remind others to help spread peace.
